Years ago, I embarked on a journey through the world of fitness, starting with sports and honing my skills in Tae Kwon Do, Football and Rugby. I was driven to excel, so I pursued a certification in Personal Training with Premier Training & Development in the UK.
This career path opened doors to coaching and connecting with incredible people, from Wales, USA, and ultimately leading me to Zebulon, NC.
With 25 years in the industry, I seized on the opportunity to establish my own venture, Functional Fitness 360. My mission is clear: to help you live a longer, stronger and healthier life. We deliver pain-free workouts in a safe, fun and private setting, ensuring you reach your fitness goals and improve your quality of life

Mat Pilates builds your foundational strength, stability, and body awareness. It teaches you proper technique and core activation, which is essential before progressing to the Reformer. Once you’re confident with the basics, the Reformer adds resistance and support to deepen your practice.
